Whether it's a romantic weekend, a relaxing getaway with friends or a holiday with the whole family: the chalet can be booked as a whole or as two separate boutique apartments.
Inside, warm wood, bright rooms, stylish furnishings and plenty of space to settle in create the sense of comfort our guests value so much. Outside, nature begins right at your doorstep. In winter you reach the cross-country trail a few steps from the chalet. In summer, hiking trails and cycling routes lead through the landscape around Seefeld and Leutasch.

A house you can book floor by floor
Xaver below, Frieda above, the roof nest under the ridge. Take one floor or the whole house. Both are possible, and both feel like a home of your own for a while.

Light wood, high rooms, a view of forest and mountains
The living room, open all the way to the roof ridge, is the heart of the apartment. A generous sofa landscape invites you to settle in, and the extendable dining table seats up to eight.
While you cook, your eye wanders across the meadow to the Seefeld mountains. The covered balcony runs along two sides of the apartment. A staircase leads up to the roof nest with its two children’s beds.

All on one level, generous and close to nature
Apartment Xaver offers plenty of room for four people, with the forest right outside the windows. Two quiet bedrooms with large double beds make for genuinely restful nights.
In the open living area a comfortable sofa corner, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen come together. The covered terrace lies right outside, and next to it a sun terrace opens onto the meadow.

The sauna is reserved exclusively for guests of Chalet Franz. Bathrobes and selected toiletries are provided.

Washing machine and dryer free of charge, plus ample room for skis, bicycles and equipment.
- Covered parking
Covered parking right at the chalet, with additional spaces in front of the house.
- Kitchens ready to go
Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, a selection of spices and many practical little extras are at hand.
- Linen and towels
High-quality bed linen, towels and bathrobes for every guest.
- For the smallest guests
We are very happy to provide a cot and a high chair on request. Small guests are welcome here.
- Barbecue and deck chairs
Garden furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue on the meadow around the house.
- Wi-Fi and television
Wi-Fi throughout the house, and a large satellite TV in each apartment.

Two seasons, one starting point
Cross-country trails, hiking paths and cycling routes begin almost at the doorstep. The Seefeld region offers room to move in every season, and just as much room for quiet days between forest, meadows and mountains.

More than 650 kilometres of hiking paths, mountain tours and via ferratas, a 570 kilometre cycling and mountain bike network, lakes and adventure pools, and the 18-hole Seefeld-Wildmoos course a few minutes away.
